Ripoff, Ruined Credit

I have made all of my payments on time for and I have the statements from the company to verify that my payments were on time. When I checked my credit report I discovered that all of my payments for 2003 from EMCC have been listed as late. This has damaged my credit and prevented me from qualifing for a home loan.

When I contacted EMCC Gateway I was told that I must contact the credit bureaus myself and file a investigation so my credit can be cleared and that the payments are listed as being on time from this company. At no time did the operator seem willing to help me with this problem nor did she state that it was the companys' fault or that it would be corrected. I was told this is my problem and that I must fix it on my own.

This will be the first and last computer I buy from Gateway. I will advise anyone that I know against purchasing a computer from Gateway. I really did go BROKE by purchasing a computer from Pembroke.
