Things change - house cleaning

I just wrote a non-complimentary review about this company. Today, Craig & Amanda showed up and were quite thorough in their efforts to clean this house. So I guess it all depends on who is sent out to do the work. Therefore, this is a good review. Now it's a percentage thing. 1 out of 6 MM teams will complete the job satisfactorily. I would like to hire these two maids out from under Merry Maids but that isn't ethical.
