The documents they returned had every creditor's account number wrong. The last 4 digits of every number were cut off - due to inadequate space on the forms they used

To have filed them would be a complete waste of time and money, mine and the Bankruptcy Courts.

Their answer?"We offer a performance guarantee which basically states that our documents will be accepted by the court for filing or your money back. It is NOT an unconditional guarantee or a satisfaction guarantee. This means that we do not issue refunds just because a person has changed his or her mind or does not like us anymore."..."Also, we do not guarantee the contents of the documents"

They're trying to claim that unless the Court refuses the document -they bear no fault whatsoever and if you find any errors it up to you to fix them -they refund nothing.
