Went with a real lawyer and asked for refund told no way

My wife and me was looking for some legal help to get custody of her kids and get them out of a dangerous environment so we tried these guys OK will did some research a decide to get a local lawyer so we called Tyler and asked for a refund beings that the case was not paid in full yet and that they did not do anything yet he words was there will be no refund due to the paper work has been done and every time me or my wife calls the amount to pay to get the paper work goes up now to my under standing that if service's was not used at all we are entitled to a full refund I feel that this is a scam and is wrong to take advantage of people that are in need of help to get there kids out of certain dangerous positions!!!
