Beware lexington law firm is a scam!

Lexington Law Firm charged me a fee for $99 and $19.95 for services that were never performed. Not only did they not provide a service, they blatantly lied and told me that I could cancel the service at any time with a full refund. Well, I did not get a refund and imagine this! My kids are hungry! So I explaned to them that I needed the money back to feed my kids and they told me that they could not refund my money and that it was for a set-up fee and that I was not getting a refund and basically told me to where I could go in a nice way of course. I called back to find out if I could get my money back and spoke with a supervisor and he said he would call me by next week after he reviewed the call. These people are scam artists because they never set-up an account and if they did, I never got one phone call from them and what's really crazy is that they took my payment without a problem. I specifically asked them if I decided to cancel the service, they told me that I would get a full refund... If I am getting my money back, you are!!! Please if I can save one person from getting ripped off by these people, I feel that not having enough money to feed my kids for two weeks is well worth the effort... Please don't let these people feel that they can take advantage anymore... Thanks
