Sent a check to pay for delivery charges for my so called prize

I recieved a letter and a check for the delivery of my supposed cash prize i was supposed to be contacted this past monday, which i was NOT i then called my bank who already had a 5 day hold on this check and told them after i had seen other reports about this they in turn put an additional hold on check i dont know who is doing this or what they are trying to prove but if the check is not real they wont get any money either right? I mean i cant pay mybills let aLONE pay for their delivery fee out of my own pocket they must really be dreamingon this one they should target people that at least have some money instead of us who cannot even make it to each paycheck
