Returned product with no credit to card

On April 5th I had purchased the Berry tablets. I called and canceled my Membership with the statement saying I had 30 days from date of purchase to try the product. I returned the product UNSEALED just as I had received it. They would not give a refund as I had it there 2 days past the 5th. This so-called Company is nothing more than Fraudulent and does take advantage of the Consumer. After numerous phone calls, E-Mails, there does not seem to be a solution to the 79.00 that was charged to my credit card. PEOPLE BEWARE of this Company!!!
