Charge my Bank of America credit card $12.99 account # 6430- appears twice same amount same account number./ Have called to have removed, they do, then the next month they charge again. If you call the number long wait, then line goes dead. Googled this site, this is happening to a lot of people. Same deal, can't get charges taken off or they are taken off, then charge you again next month.
