ACS saying they are pressing charges for fraud Anaheim California

They called my and told me I was going to jail for fraud. To show up to court the next day. That I needed a lawyer to call him so he can process papers to him. This man said my social security, address, account numbers and so forth. When I told him that he was scamming me, he then told me if I wanted to have sex with him. I told him that I have a family of lawyers and he replied how he loves to have sex with lawyers. I am ready to do a class action lawsuit for distress and identity theft. Who is interested in joining the fight with me?
