Deadbeat conniving tenant

I wanted to report a blog about this specfic women by the name of Gale Simpson (also goes by the name of Gale campbell) who has made me suffer the past 8 months. I currently own a home in South Philadelphia that I rented out to this women and her child who is disabled. At first she came off as this very pleasant person who came up with the 1st and last months rent as well as security. She told me that she had a career job and just had settled a case. Her plans were to pay me off the entire year of rent. I put in new carpet for her, updated electricty with beutifull fixtures. I thought she was the perfect person to live in my home! Its a cosy residence. Little did i know that this was her plot to then become evil and conive the rest of the way free of rent. Lie after lie she bought time. Im not working, i owe the i.R. S, i m getting assitance and welfare, ill have it to you. She had the money promised to me on specific dates then she came up with the excuses again on those dates. Then we go to court she dont show up for her judgement. Therefore 10 days later she files appeal. Thats 10 days later. You have up to 11 days to do it and she does it on the 10th day Because she knows the system and thats theres processes that give her extra days via the courts. WHAT A PRO!!! Words cant describe the stress and money she has cost me. I have since then lost vision in my left eye. My optomolagist told me it was a stress related occurance. The stress and anguish gale simpson-campell has cost me. Im posting this to let the next landlord who is trying to protect his/her investmant or save his home like i was in febuary 2008 when i signed her lease over for her to stay in MY HOME. She is still in my home and this is what i have to do on a gourgous weather saturday afternoon (post blogs) amazing. I hope she finds it in her right mind not do these things to people who care about there investments and who would want her and her family living in there home
