Harassment, embarrassment, rude, condescending

I got a phone call from a weird number starting with 011 so I didn't answer. Immediately following my work phone rang. A gentleman by the name of Joe Brown (who had an Indian accent) said he needed my lawyer info right away because I was facing serious charges. He proceeded to tell me that I was being charged with check fraud, internet fraud and the list goes on.

I believed him at first because he had all of my information including the last 4 digits of my social and my bank info. He was very rude and condescending and loud. I was embarrassed because he called my job and everyone could hear my conversation. He said I needed to be in court Monday morning in California to face the judge. Mind you its one in the afternoon on a friday and I live in Boston, MA.
The only way I could avoid court is if I payed $5,483. When I told him that was impossible he told me would talk to the company who's suing me and see if he could work out a deal. The deal was I pay $745 right away and include a letter of apology. I knew then it was a scam
When I told him I'd call him back, he stressed that I call him back in a half hour or I would have to show up in court.

I never called back but he continued to call my job and harass my co-workers after my shift ended. He also continued to call me until I hung up the phone and turned my phone off.
