Trying to rip me off

Ive been paying mann bracken since aug 08-what they agreeded on. I made the final payment and then today i got a lien notice from them. Now they are saying i owe them more money. How can they do that i payed them off in full. I tryed to call them and i cannot talk to a real person. What can i do. And on my credit report it shows a different amount to them. I just think they are trying to get more money from me helppp
