Mann Bracken
Wrong identification

I have recently begun receiving calls from Mann Bracken. They ask for a Jack Houdino (sp?). This is not my name nor do I know the individual in question. When I contacted Mann Bracken, the various representatives stated several times that they have no record of this person, no account outstanding in that name, nor could they explain why they were calling my number. They have called me several times in the last few days and have absolutely refused to investigate the situation without me giving them my personal information which I have refused to do.

I have asked to speak to one of their lawyers and was repeatedly refused in this request because "I don't think he will like your attitude." When I called repeatedly, they began to make threats even though they use the exact same methods.

I am disabled and tired of receiving calls at all hours involving people I do not know and do not believe I should be required to give up any personal information to force them to cease harrassing me. They should be able to search their data base to correct their errors. If they have, as they allege, no record of the person they are trying to contact, why are they repeatedly calling me using this fictitious account name?
