Ripped me off... Stole my baby's picture!

I submitted and sent a money order to picture.com so that my daughter's picture would be published in 2008 issue of "America's Most Beautiful Babies" and found it to be a scam.
My daughter's father works for a law firm and we are taking action - Out of business or not... We will be reimbursed and my daughter's picture will be lawfully ours again. We are furious. Whether you used a false name or not (Jeffrey Bryan) we will find you - There is a database for this that we have access to. Too bad we don't live in Maryland!
