CCN* Celebrity Smile this company has the rudest customer service representatives that I have ever encountered. The customer service representatives don't even know the name of their president. When asked for the name of the president I was told simply Graham. I had to ask is this his first name, last name or his middle name. They offer a free trial and then go after you checking or credit card account. They want you to pay a 15% restocking fee and your own postage and handling. This is for a product that was suppose to be free.

There practices are not above board. They go in the back door to take your money

I would never ever refer this company to anyone I know because I realize that they would be ripped off just as I have been. This comopany needs to be put out of business.
