While Sarah and her boyfriend (Terry Newell) was renting from us back in March she was running this same scam using his name as hers as Terry can also be a girls name. I found this out much later when contacted by an investigating agency. Boy the excuses they kept coming up with for not paying their rent sound so familar when reading these reports about her. I'm surprised there isn't more out there about them.
Oh Yeah... They got me too... They left in the middle of the night without paying.
