ARG was originally suppose to pay me directly. But after a year and half delay, they hired Mpell to do that. Based on Mpell's BBB rating and what they told me in writing (that they were going to be the ones paying me), this appeared legitimate. So, I followed the terms and submitted my certificates to Mpell. Now, after spending around $50 for shipping/costs, we have this bait and switch. Mpell makes money from ARG for doing what ARG already did (confirm and approve the money I was due), and now they have my personal information which
they can sell, and now they walk away. They never notified me of any problems until after the 8-10 weeks was up and I contacted them. They and ARG changed their rules after having approved me.

Mpell is sure to reply with their standard rebuttal, which will include their proud remark that they are a BBB accredited company and very likely a mistaken analogy about how they are akin to the UPS or USPS (notice, I am not including the letter carrier in this complaint, because they did their job).

I suggest, however, that you pay more attention to these worlds of theirs:

In Email #1, Mpell states that they are the ones who will be paying me. Email #2 states that I have been approved and will receive payment in 8-10 weeks. That payment was obviously never received.

I further suggest to not let their BBB rating fool you. If Mpell is involved in a promotion with any company, my experience would lead me to say avoid that promotion.
