Scam scam scam

Miscellaneous

Worse than any other pyramid scheme. Here is how it started: I got an email to set up an interview. I shouldve red flagged there, because any legit business wouldve called me to set up an interview, not the other way around. Well I went in for my interview, and I waited in the lobby for probably an hour before I was even seen. They were playing a movie on the flat screen in the lobby area, unprofessional. I have seen tvs in other lobbies, but usually playing CNN or something. There was a tall blonde pacing back and forth on her cell phone BAREFOOT thru the lobby, cursing like crazy and saying "juice". I was later told, that this was the infamous Harmony Hunt, who is a VP for the company.

I had my interview and was told they were event based working with charities and Nascar, so I was pumped. I got a call a few hours later saying I was invited back to have a second round interview the next day, and to block out about half of my day. I got there and there was another 10 people sitting in the lobby. I was trying to figure out how many positions they were really hiring for. I got back to the office, had another interview and was hired to start the next day. It was werid though because when I came the next day, they were still just as many people sitting in the lobby who said they had interviews. And it stayed that way until I quit. A bunch of people starting every day, and bunch of people quitting every day.

The so called "Events" I was going to were gas stations? Nothing glamorous running back and forth from each pump asking people do they want to get their chip repaired or if they want to buy a can of wax. I worked there for a few days because I needed money, all 9-10 hours each day, and got a barely anything in return.

Jesse Jamnik, the 'owner' and President, was the biggest a*hole I have ever met and the most unprofessional. He screams and curses out people, if they dont sell that day. Most of the people there hate him and talk crap about him before, during and after work. After I quit, I called a few days later to get my check, since by law I saw they have 72 hours to get it to you if you quit. The girl in the office said they didnt even come in. I asked to put Jesse on the phone, and she said he wasnt available. I waited damn near until the following week to get it. It was only for $147 dollars anyway, does that seem reasonable for a weeks work?

I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. The way the whole thing is set up, is shady. Its just a newer style pyramid scheme. Its a scam. They make you work 9 hours a day and even Saturday eventually. Its commission o-n-l-y. And you will be outside all day, walking around a gas station or across business trying to fix windsheilds. Have fun doing that in 100 degree weather this summer.
