Let's speak english! PROMISES but can't understand while trying to cancel and return product

Their trial period is for only 21 days not the normal 30 and then the real charge starts. They will not let you return their product.

When trying to cancel future shipments, I was told it was too late that another shipment would be arriving soon. Then of course I couldn't understand the non english speaking representative. Something about a credit of $60 and if I canceled at that time I wouldn't get the credit.

I received the next shipment. After calling once again I could'nt understand them. I guess the best I could get from him was that they had reduced the price so I could't return that one either. Why, I have no idea. Both are unopened.

We will see, but I hope I have finally cancelled any further shipments.
