Inability to cancel a funds transfer - online banking

The amount field on a funds transfer request was misentered. No one at Wachovia offered to be able to do anything to remedy the problem in time for the funds to be reapplied to the originating account. I was kept on hold for over one hour waiting to speak to a service representatives supervisor.
