APPROVED $10,000 credit for just $37 ativation fee

I receved a letter in the mail and it said i was approved for a $10,000 credit and all i had to do was to send them $37.00 for the activation fee. I wanted to check and see if the letter was a fraud and it turns it was. For one their was no phone number on the letter and it only took 19 cents postage and i did not apply for a "platinum pre approved none bank affiliated" card.
