Company went into my Debit Card and Charged me $29.95 for Something I Never Ordered Connecticut

I saw a charge on 4-27-09 in the amount of $29.95 on my Debit Card which was made by PMI Identity without my authorization. I want my money back and I am willing to testify against these people committing fraud. When I tried to contact them, they put you on hold with a recorded message, no one ever gets on the phone to talk to you. They say my # is 798198476. Could you please help me recover my $29.95.
