These companys advertise in many places on the web, they will just pop up ads as you are surfing at locations, and they definitely have popped up on Facebook. They use Oprah and Rachel Ray's names... Say that these products where 'seen on their shows' to make them appear as legitimate products that these celebs are endorsing. The ads tell you that you can purchase both products for a 'free' trial offer; and you will only be charged for the shipping and handling - it is like $4.99 or something.

BUT over on the side, when you are STARTING to place your order - there will be a box with small written info - inside that box it tells that they will continue to MONTHLY charge you for future shipments if you do not call and cancel within 14 days or something like that.

THESE companys are both scam businesses... Oprah and Rachel Ray do NOT endorse either of these products - and they should already be involved in a lawsuit by these celebs for the use of their names and their pictures in their ads the disclaimer about the future shipments, is placed and sized so that many people will never see it... I know that I never did; because if I had I would have called to cancel in a MUCH faster time than I did!!!
I look for these very types of notices, and yet I never saw theirs... So yeah, it is a definite scam; because also when I called to cancel and they would ONLY give me a partial refund (and they said I could talk to whoever, but I would never get anymore than a partial refund) at that time, I asked about simply refusing the product and having it sent back - and they did NOT EVEN care, they did NOT want the product returned... And this would NOT get me anymore money back!!! That right there screams to me - that this is just a total ripoff and I hope that an attorney or a government agency investigates this and makes these people pay or at the very least puts them out of business for good!!!
