Shawnee Ryan, Brynn Hyatt, Duir Const. And Design dishonest, misrepresentation of products and cost, "bait and switch" of products ordered, steals your payments

We have been so thoroughly ripped off and lied to and manipulated by and harrassed by this woman, Shawnee Ryan and her business, Duir Const. And Design, that we are no longer going to lie back and take it. She has made our remodel an impossibility for everyone concerned and involved. She has cost us untold thousands of dollars, not to mention the stress, time, good-will and heartache due to her dishonesty, irrationality, outright theft, and wrongful distribution and sale of the materials initially ordered through her, her company and her daughter, Brynn Hyatt. She makes a great first impression, but beware and be AWARE of the duplicity and lies that make up her personality and business. Anything that we ordered from her was either never delivered, or a cheap and wrongful version would arrive. We had paid her for the items ordered, and never received. We had paid her for the items ordered and also received inexpensive inferior flooring and tile instead. She canceled items we had ordered directly to the manufacturer that we had paid for and then pocketed the difference. Unbeknownst to us until we finally inquired of the manufactureer as to the whereabouts of our items that were so long "overdue". She always had a "story" and an excuse as to the whereabouts of our materials or to the tardiness of the deliveries. She is capable of creating and making up the most incredible lies and fabricating the most amazing "stories" to keep people and clients awaiting the work and materials that you have "contracted" for or paid for... And will never receive. You will never get your monies back. Many people have taken her to court and won, she takes "from Peter to pay Paul".

She owes us over $60,000.00 and we have hired a lawyer, just as many others have done before us. We will never get back our trust or sanity from our project, that she has taken, and our time... That is the biggest theft of all. And she is still taking our time, this is reprehensible. Be very aware, she also involves you with her total lack of finances, and wrangles you into covering her debts with false promises and lies... And then never pays you back. She is in constant arguments with all the banks and lenders. And nothing is ever "HER" fault. It is always everyone elses. She also rarely pays the people who work for her and holds "owed monies" to them as ransom for their continuing labors. She also rarely pays the people that she takes and sells consignment for. They have to go to court also to get their rightfully owed monies. She has often been reported to the police, the DA's, the BBB, the sheriffs, and has many times come before judges and courts. And she still practices her demonic behavior and finds new and unsuspecting victims.

We are writing this to people to beware and be aware and if even one person can "be saved" from her, her businesses, and her daughter. It will have been worth it. Be aware also that she constantly and continuously harrasses you and your acquaintances, family, friends, and co-harts with e-mails and faxes and phone calls and makes your life (as you knew it) unbearable, until you only want her to disappear from your life. However, she never does. Be aware. Very AWARE!!
