My husband and I were drawn into a beautiful store while having coffee across the way at Starbuck's. The owner and her daughter were very accommodating and helpful at first. After months had gone by without receiving our products, we became more insistant. The owner began a series of verbal and email attacks that defy any normal business practice.

We know of at least 15 other "victims" of Duir Designs, Shawnee Ryan and her scam of taking money up front without supplying anything in return. If purchases are supplied, frequently they are not what was ordered originally — always of inferior quality and of lower price, so Duir and Shawnee Ryan pocket the difference.

We know of people who have lost tens of thousands of dollars because of the Duir Designs scams. Do yourself a favor, and run, don't walk away from this store. Don't be misled by a store front that looks legitimate and the Duir "bait and switch."
