They told me i won 145,000, 00 and send me a check that looks real 4,775.00

I got a letter in the mail saying I won 145,000, 00 with a check from wells fargo for 4,775.00 it asks me to call so the funds can be available and so they can give me a tax agent info so i can money gram 2,575.00 as soon as I cash the check. And the Natasha woods the agent that sent me the check said that within 10 days fed ex will deliver the rest with a picture ID. So i was excited about everything but something told me look it up on the internet and i found this. How could they do this to people that are struggling themselves and working for a living.
