No contact OR service

I ordered cable/phone/internet. The technician left after breaking my phone line, promising to return the next day. It has been THREE days and I have not heard from anyone at ATT. My phone does not work and the people at your customer service are no help. I spend two hours on the phone and was even more frustrated than when i called.

Avoid at all costs!!!
