Crammed my phone bill

I found unauthorized charges on my phone bill from this company. I immediately called and got a "Cynthia" on the phone. She answered this business phone by saying, "Hello, can I help you". No name of the company or anything. I had to probe to get her name and who she was with.

She claimed that I ordered this service on 3-11-09. The charges on my bill were from 3-1-09 to 3-11-09! It's bad enough they claimed I ordered their services when I didn't, but then they charged me before they claim I joined!

When I tried to log on to this alleged account, the site told me my email address wasn't in their records! So how could I have an account I was being charged for?

I looked them up on the Florida BBB and they have a rating of "F"! What does that tell you? And the BBB site stated the company refused to answer the BBB regarding all of the complaints!

I've reported them to the FCC, FTC, BBB and WI Att. Gen. They better remove the fraudulent charges OFF my bill! All Cynthia would say is she could only send my complaint to the supervisors. Even the charge for the time they didn't have me "registered" can't be removed? Then Cynthia claimed that since they had my name, birth date and email address I MUST have ordered from them. You can get that info off the web!

They are a huge rip off! There's even an article online from one of the agencies stating how they've gone after these scum once already. And when I looked them up on the BBB, before even making a complaint, there was an info link on how to avoid cramming under their name! Why aren't these idiots shut down? If you just Google their name you can find a TON of complaints.
