Customer Service Dept. American Mint sent me 1 coin I ordered & then another 1 I did not & want me to pay/sent them lette

They sent me an extra coin that I did not order & want me to send them 59.95 as they did the same thing some time age / thought they had learned? Guess they can't read? I sent them a letter back after this time 4/5 months ago & told them I only ordered the 1 coin for 4.95 & thats all I wanted & if they wanted more money to get a real job as they wasn't getting it from me & I thanked them for the other coin as I had trouble with them before & should of known better but they never learn?

Got a letter from them today mailed 4/18/09 & they want there money? There not getting it? They want their d*n coin back they cansend me an envelope with returned postage on it & I will send it back = ONLY WAY??
