Unacceptable customer Service - dsl

It is very difficult to get a hold of a life person. We had a three year contract with time warner cable ; but we have moved out and they do not sevice the area were we moved to. Time warner is refusing to cancel our three contract and demanding payment. This has been such an inconviance for us to keep calling and put on hold.
