Sent me a letter today threatening to take it to a lawyer in 48 hours

My God, i cannot believe this. I owe them money and I get a threatening letter stating they need payment in 48 hours. Yeah right. I dont have the money and i am in the process of filing chapter 7 bankruptcy and they want me to call and make arrangements and I get on the internet and find they are ripoff scam artists. Unreal. Just Unreal. This is my fourth ripoff scam I have found in the last 6 months. I lost my house, found out it was a scam, paid someone to do my taxes, they were ripoff artists, got a payday loan, they harrass me hour on the hour, they are the biggest scam. I just cannot believe this is happening. With the house, I probably could have saved it, if they offered the forms 2 years ago to lower interest rate and so forth. What goes on, these people get a thrill preying on the less fortunate. I just cant believe this is another one. No way is anybody getting any money. I have written to the Attorney General and now i am writing this report.
