Rothman And Wise, Previously, Chasemax
Collected money for me and cashed it, then stopped taking my calls

In August I contacted Chasemax asking them to collect about 10K owed to my company. They accepted it and a few days later said we were getting a check for $7,000 as a settment, and Chasemax was going to take 20% of it as their fee.

I did not see the money for a while, so tried to reach them and I noticed that their Receptionist greeting changed to Rothman and Wise. I asked and was told that Chasemax is now a new company, but they offer the same services.

I then spent from October to present trying to get the money owed to me and everyone I managed to talk to at Rothman and Wise sounded very honest and concerned for my case, however the money was never sent to me and now I cannot get a live person, no matter what time I call or what type of message I leave.

The people that have talked to me and promised that the money would be sent to me are: Al Russo, Darrel Chase, Leonard Rothman, Brian Kesler, Jeff Hill, Jack, Andrew.
I have evidence that they cashed the 7,000 they collected from us (copy of the cleared check that was written to my company, then they re-wrote the check "payble to Chasemax" and chashed it).
