Unauthorized transactions from credit account for "continuity program"

Unauthorized charges to my account show up weeks after I purchased an online exercise DVD. Then a box with more DVDs-and no "invoice" enclosed. I emailed the crunchlessabs.com and they informed me that I had joined their "continuity program" via their initial shipment invoice and there would be an additional $19,99 coming due in 30 days plus the 26.98 they had just charged me.

They said I joined their continuity program as stated on their invoice (from the initial order.) There was NOTHING mentioned about this when I entered into the transaction, as I did read everything carefully. It was mentioned on the invoice from the initial purchase, but the total at the bottom said "Amount Due=$0.00 so it appeared I didn't "owe" anything else. What a scam.

I called them, and now to return it within 30 days for a partial refund, I will be required to pay the shipping cost of them mailing the 2nd shipment to me, and pay to return it to them.

I wrote that I want proof in writing on a document that shows I agreed to enter a "continuity Program" so far I've seen nothing produced from them.
