Do not ever buy a GSD from this Kennel! Rip off and scam!

I found Gold-Berg Kennels on the internet and fell in love with her web site. Everything look great so I contacted Victoria Driggs and started to develope what I thought to be a great line of communication. We went through several puppy's, through pictures sent to me, I finally decided on a male puppy for show. So she had me send $2000.in us funds right to her bank account and we arranged flights. When I went to get the puppy from the airport I looked at the paper work and he had a diffrent mother than what was said he had. Victoria told me his mother was Denney and the paper work said Paulina. HUMMMM, so I called and her husband said "WE had three litters the same day so she must have been mistaken" OK! I still loved the baby boy and went on with things.
Four months has passed and still no papers, so I wrote her and stated he was old enought to show and I have not heard about papers and he also had a bad ear which is garenteed in the contract. I finally recieved the papers at 10 months of age. I had a hip xray at 1 1/2 years old and he was dysplastic, I sent the xrays to OFA and they confirmed Moderate Hip Dysplasia. I called Victoria upon recieving the report, she would not even answer the phone nor call me back. I was left just in tears with my heart ripped out. I had his hips re Xrayed at 2 years of age and the report was the same and still no response from Victoria.
I have filed a complaint with the Oregon Attorney Geneal which all of the paper work is there for everyone to see. Please contact them and read all, also if you have had problems with Gold-Berg Kennels PLEASE file also so they can start action against them. Their phone is # 503-947-4333. I have not seen a dime of the money I sent to her nor a replacment puppy.
