Pro-Tek Maintenance
Sent me out $1200 worth of product I never ordered

I received a telemarketing call from an individual named Dusty, who I later found out his name is Duane Parsons. He wanted to sell me a diesel additive that was supposed to increase my fuel economy. I ended up buying 1 gallon of the product for $129. I used the product in my truck and it didn't work so the next time he called me, I declined the offer for more.

Sure enough, I received another 6 gallons in the mail and my credit card was charged $645. I received a runaround and said they signed me up for autoship and my money would be refunded. Sure enough, a few weeks go by and I received another package of 6 gallons! Again I was charged $645. $1290 in 100% fradulent charges.

I later found out that Duane Parsons has been doing this for years under various different names, aliases, and companies. Apparently Protek Maintenance condones this type of behavior because I'm not alone in the people who have been ripped off. I sent the 12 gallons back to the company and received a settlement from my credit card. However, please be wary of any telemarketing calls about diesel additives!!!
