They charge outrageous hidden fees, and their CSR's are complete idiots!

I have had an account with them since September which has always included a "$9.95 Monthly Maintenace Fee" which I do NOT recall agreeing to; I have NEVER made any late payments to them... EXCEPT for in Aug when my bank account was hit by unauthorized charges, which caused several items including an ACH draft for IMAGINE CC...

THEY did NOT bother to call and/or write me ask about it... They just started charging me late fees one on top another; a month later, I decided to check my account online and update my banking information with my new banking numbers, that's when I realized what they had done. I called their CSR number and explained what happened AND she said "don't worry about it, just pay-up the fees due with my next payment AND "everthing will be okay."

After a few months went by, ilooked at my account online and realized that my available balance was "0"... Eventhough, my account was paid more than half down???

SO, I called Customer Service again! That's when I was told that my account had been closed in Sept; when I asked why, they said
" because you missed your payments in Aug." When I tried to explain what happened, they told me that I need to pay the balance off because they had already closed my account.

NOW, they are sending me letters trying to get me to pay higher payments (like 5 times my minimum payment), saying that I will get a credit of XX amount if I pay this amount, AND a credit of XXX if pay more than the 1st amount...

They are real IDIOTS! I am not paying them off early just to make them happy!
