Lead Source Solutions Fraud removed money without authorization

Used a site I thought was legit and authorized 1.97 debit on my card. Received notices from bank that two companies with same address and
phone #had made 2 withdrawals. One was for29.95 and the second was for 64.43. When I tried to contact the # presented to my bank from them there was only busy signal. After contacting info op. Was told no-one in Sandy had that #. SinceI only use account for bill paying these debits overdrew and caused me to have to pay 2 fees.
