I am at a loss for words... I cannot imagine the balls of this company. My husband had a emergency situation. We went to the Emergency room where they ran head and chest exrays checking for blood clots. Mega life covered $1500 two years ago and we paid the rest. Now they have contacted the emergency room facility and are demanding to be reimbursed for the $1500 saying we used our limit for these types of visits. Note: this was the only time he went to the emergency room. They are asking for thier money back 2 years later. Unbelievable! Now we have to fork up the $1500. Our coverage absolutly worthless. This company has cost me more than if I were a "cash pay uninsured customer".
