Unautorized charges to my credit card Nevada

I sign up for a two weeks free trial on this product for the amount of $4.99 shipping, I never received the product, and in less then two weeks, they charged my card for the amount of $79.96, because of this, my bank account went overdraw, I contact this company, the person I spoked to have a very weird accent, I can't understand what she was saying, anyways, she refused to put the money back to my debit card, I never received the two weeks supply neither the bottle for $79.96, now, I have to pay my bank the amount of $347.00 all in overdraw fees, just because they charged me for something I never received, what is the point of this? The day I sign up for this was February 2.
