Deception at its finest!

I was told when i bought Los Abrigados timeshare, in the event i couldnt use it i could rent it out. When it actually came to doing this, they denied ever saying that and got quite nasty with me. The next time i was to use it there was no space available, so i exchanged it. The next time, i had to stay at the Bell inn which is a really small hotel, without any of the amenities that the resort offeredand i was not offered anything for this inconvenience. Their attitude was very complacent about this and didnt seem to care about their customers or clientele. This last time i didnt use it and i still got billed for maintenance fees anyways, along with overdue charges and threatened with collection because they had a typo in my address and i didnt get the letter.

Luckily i got the second one, the one that threatened me with collection before it was actually due! Although it was a matter of just a very few days so i had to pay it online in order to save my credit. And there were 3 months in between in which they could have sent something in between. How many companies do you know that go straight from the first bill to collections? Well these guys do! I wanted to call them to discuss this matter, but there is no phone number on the letter. If you were engaged in less than ethical business practices and KNEW IT, would you include your phone number?

I have actually never stayed at my own resort, NEVER!!!
