Cubis Financial - robbed my bank account and may continue to even though i have closed the account

This company has taken 9.95 out of my bank account which caused overdraft fees since there was only 5 dollars in the account to begin with. I applied for a loan from payday loans online and thats how they got my bank info. I have called the bank and made them aware that they are fradulent charges, but they say there is nothing they could do. And that cubis could continue to take the money even though I have closed the account. Now I have to find these people who are ripping off people not that well off to begin with obviously if we are applying for a loan that says "no credit check ever everyone accepted" which is totally unfair. I want these people to be stopped. And I want them to pay back the 9.95 plus the 25$ in overdraft fees they have caused me. I found a phone number from a different report 888-446-4070, maybe that will help because the one the bank gave me sure didn't.
