Cubis SCC robbed my bank account and continues to and i have no idea how to contact them, or how to stop them!

I am not a person who has much money. We keep 5 dollars in our account just so we can cash checks. We just recently got a computer and do not know much about it but we should have known better than to put all of our personal info into the computer when someone offered to give a credit check free loan to us. But we didnt we put all of our info into the computer, and now cubis scc charges us 9.95 a month for absolutely no reason. We never have 9.95 in the account, which is the problem then we get charged the 9.95 plus 25 in overdraft fees every month. The bank says even if we close the account they can still take the money. I have no way of reaching these horrible people but a 800 number which no one ever answers or returns your call. Can someone please help us???!!
