This is a rip off non known company did not authorize nor was there a transaction and yet they are getting my money

I would like to report this company listed above because there was an unauthorized transaction in the amount of $40.95 taken from my prepaid visa card as of 4/10/09 and it is pending and I have to wait for 7 days before I am able to do anything. I called information to get a phone # and there is not one and I tried to send an e-mail but there is not a valid e-mail address.
I have no idea what or who this company is nor do I know how they got my card number I only use the card for a few things and that is local in my area./
I would appreciate some type of response regarding this matter as far as what I can or can not. Obviously I am not the only one who has been ripped off
