I ordered the CD -yet to recieve it and got charged for over 97.00 worth of charges on my Mastercard when it was suppost to be an inital charge of $1.95. Did this on April 3 and got charged all these charges on the same day.? California

I am so upset because I feel that this gov't grant was so mis-lead and when your looking for a means to get help for funding, the interest of the other party are to take advantage of you by means of just getting a buck from you so they can take hundreds more. (100)
I am so beside myself and just want to get my monies back, that's all.
