I paid $2300. For edit and publish, I'm making 1.00 something off each book

I wrote a book about my grandfather and I paid Author House $2300.00 to edit and publish my book, when the price agreement came up it showed $13.00 for the hard cover and 8.00 for the soft, this agreement was reached on because the book had 164 pages and anymore than that the book wouldnt sale. But it's listed at a higher price at other places (The price of $13.00 and $8.00 shows up at the author house website) they said I agreed to 22.00 at Barnes and Nobles and Amazon, but I sure don't recall that, nor agreeing to the price of a 1.00 something a book.

There are other things they did that I didn't like. I have missing text and missing pictures. I told them to remove some picutres, but they didnt' ask which ones. They took many things upon themselves. Then when I complained I was blasted and told they did what I wanted. Oh they train their employees well. They can make you feel so guilty. They asked me for extra money for a mistake THEY made. (Saying you didn't catch the mistake so you will have to pay for it.) They left many mistakes in my book, it would have cost me more to have fixed. I paid 1000.00 for editing and they didnt' even do a good job.
