Aaron Bailey Customer Service Manager i cancelled free trial then sent the wrong cd back. When informed they would not let me send 2 back 6899

I accepted a free trial 2 weeks had to cancel before time was up. I did just a few days later. They accepted and said i had to send a c.D. They mailed back.

I mailed the only cd i had from them back. I did not even open the package up. After i sent that off another came. I have no idea what this site was doing.

They charged my credit. Called and told me i had sent wrong thing back. I informed them i had now a second cd and i will mail it back also. I needed ra#to put on this package as i had the first one. Which i could not get from any information from anyone at this time.

I was charged $74something and they were done. Sorry!
I e-mail them again today. This is just a rip off and they go after people like me. Someone needs to deal with junk. I will never order off internet again. My other sites until this have been good, buy you can't another chance like this.
