I noticed a payment to Carallumma Extreme on 3-23-09 on my bank account. I called the company at 1-800-518-9164 and talked to Scottie, she said that I would have a refund in 5 to 10 business days. I was given an address for Lose Weight Systems 223 West Bulldog st. Ste # 304 in Provo Utah, and an email address for the owner at adiposerx@gmail.com. Adipose's address is 1084 East Sate Road, American Fork, Utah. 84003.

In November was job of 9 years was eliminated and have been unemployed since. I am VERY careful about what I spend and watch my account carefully. I called back after the 10 business days and talked to Joseph at ext: 523 he said that there wasn't any information about my previous call and that Scottie no longer was with the company. So I would have to wait another 5 to 10 business days to get a refund! He gave me his personal guarantee, like that is worth anything to me. I just want my money back! I have had to change my bank account, and have spent way too much time researching this company for something I never purchased! I am more than willing to be part of a class action suit against these people. Oh yeah, to complain to the attorney General in Utah you have to snail mail or fax the complaint. Most other states have online forms.
