On January 26, your company generated an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE of $35.19 for an item called ADIPOSE RX 800 430 1529. I did NOT order and do not wish to order, in the future, any item from your company.

Again, I DID NOT authorize this charge, have NEVER contacted you company and wish to sever all ties with your company and any other company or subsidiaries associed with your company.
