Curves Medical Cancel with 1 month left-assured no more charges - 6 months later charged me $37.11 membership Durant

I enrolled with Curves... I had Open Heart Surgery and have COPD... I called to cancel and they said "Ok" no more charges but could they call in 6 months to see if I would be interested... They never called but started charging my account for membership again. I called today and they said "Okay, no more charges" but how can I believe them? I am preparing to file in small claims court... Someone needs to stop this! The evidence is there because they stopped the charges and then started again!!! I did not check my bank statement until now but I will get it together and also put a "stop payment" on their charges... Such a shame that a place that is so beneficial could be so rotten... And I really liked the people there but they have to know what is going on!!!
