Using our phone number to avoid her unhappy clients

We have had our current phone number for a number of years but it seems that every week someone calls complaining about them because they are unhappy with her about a dog they purchased recently. Apparently she is giving out either an old number of hers or our number to avoid them. Either way it is fraud. If anyone knows her physical whereabouts please tell me as I am tired of her and the calls.
